Our parts washing machine shampoos are a cleaning product specially formulated for cleaning parts used in the industrial or automotive sector. Our shampoo is designed to effectively dissolve and remove oil, dirt, rust and other debris.
In general, the use of the product is as follows; Clean the parts washer and empty the water inside. Make sure the machine is clean and ready for use.
Pour the product into the chamber according to the water chamber of the parts washing machine. Usually a measuring cup or dosing pump is used.
Avoid overdosing when dosing the shampoo correctly. Place the parts that need to be cleaned into the chamber of the machine. Close the door of the machine and start the cleaning program.
The machine will make the shampoo work effectively on the parts. Cleaning time should be between 15 minutes and 45 minutes between 60 – 80 degrees.
Remove the parts from the machine after the cleaning process is complete. Remove any residue of shampoo by rinsing the parts with water. To do this, you can use clean water or perform another rinse cycle.
If the process is sufficient, repeat the washing by extending the washing time.
